Fruits and veggies for weight loss

Do you know that some of the best fat burners are found in your local market?

Fruits and veggies such as strawberries, blueberries, plum, zucchini, bell pepper, mango (my favorite), beet, figs (I’m not sure if this is available in the market now), and peach are said to help in losing weight and keep you fit. They are light on calories but laden with nutrients such as your daily dose of vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. And if you notice, fruits and veggies even if you take in large amount would only get you full but not fat unlike when you binge on food loaded with carbohydrates.
